As a young man,  in Montana,  most of my male friends enjoyed hunting deer.  We made many sojurns into the woods pursuing the beautiful creatures.  I always pretended to prefer hunting alone and agreed to meet at the end of the day at a pre-arranged location to continue our outing at some little bar in some little 'wide spot in the road' ... that was the fun part.  I spent my day of 'hunting' by finding a nice tree and soft spot on the ground and laying there the whole day admiring the surroundings.  I made sure I always had an abundant amount of sandwiches and beverage to last me the day.  I,  of course,  was the butt of their jibes for never bagging a deer ... I don't think they ever found me out.
